初心者でもご参加可能なアクロヨガワークショップを二日間に渡って開催いたします！

 

 

 

•アクロヨガ・根っこと翼：飛ぶために根付く

場所：yuriyoga (西麻布)
2月23日 (土) 12:00 – 15:00
参加費：￥5,000

 

 

練習の中でバランスを見つけると、根ざす事で翼を更に広げていく事ができるようになります。色々な動きを使ってコアの意識を高め、大地「あなた」と 天のつながりを探っていきましょう。このセッションでは柔らかで、自然体であることと、体に良い飛び方と基礎的なパートナーアクロの動きを捉えていく為 に、ポーズのバランスとアライメントに重点を置きながら楽しみます。初心者歓迎！

•「わー！」と声をあげましょう！：アクロヨガでのバックベンドと胸の開き

場所：Yoga Tree
2月24日 (日) 14:00 – 18:00

このセッションでは日々の忙しい生活の中で自分を守るためいつの間にか身につけてきた 「鎧」を脱いでいく事にフォーカスします。支えのあるバックベンドと胸を開くポーズで、本来体が持っている柔軟性を見つけ体の中に新たな信頼を築きます。クラスの後半は温まった 体をゆっくりと落ち着かせていきます。全てのヨギにお楽しみいただける内容です。

Daniel Scott and Kadri Kurgun’s AcroYoga workshops will take place at yuriyoga in Nishi-Azabu on February 23 and Yoga Tree on February 24. If you’ve ever had an interest in AcroYoga, or have tried it a few times and want to learn how to take it to the next level, this is a great opportunity to get personal instruction from two experienced teachers.
Please note that while not finalized yet, Daniel and Kadri may return to Tokyo in mid-March to teach additional workshops. Details to come.

 

•AcroYoga Roots and Wings: Grounding Down to Rise Up

Venue: yuriyoga (Nishi-Azabu) MAP

Finding balance in our practice allows us to grow deep roots in order to spread our wings wider than ever. Combining core awareness with a variety of movement therapies, we explore the sacred connection between the heavens and the earth: YOU. This session emphasizes balance and postural alignment to create a soft, loving presence and deepen the bond between therapeutic flying & basic partner acrobatics. Beginner AcroYogis welcome!

•Open up and Say “Ahhhhh!!”: AcroYoga Backbends and Chest Openers
-後屈とハートを開くワークショップ！！

February 24 (Sun) 14:00 – 18:00
Venue: Yoga Tree / MAP

This session focuses on breaking down the armor we build to protect our Self from the daily rigors of a hectic life. Through a series of supportive backbends and chest openers, we’ll tap into the true flexibility of our nature to develop a new trust within the body. An assortment of cooling therapies follow to soothe the flames and smooth the breath. All yogis welcome!
